A client-centered, one-on-one session designed to support emotional wellness and self-discovery through creative and reflective practices. This offering is not therapy, but a guided space where you can explore emotions, values, and internal patterns—at your own pace and through your own lens. What to Expect: - Collaborative exploration of your current emotional landscape - Development of personalized strategies to better navigate stress, overwhelm, or transition - Use of art-based techniques (e.g., image-making, visual journaling, symbolism) - Somatic grounding and nervous system regulation tools - A strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to increase awareness and choice This space may support you if you're: - Feeling creatively blocked, emotionally stuck, or burned out - Seeking non-verbal ways to process personal growth - Curious about reconnecting with your inner wisdom and embodied knowing - Looking for emotional regulation tools that go beyond talk-based models Please Note: This session is not clinical counseling or psychotherapy. If you are experiencing acute mental health concerns, you may be referred to a licensed provider. This is a non-clinical approach that draws from expressive arts, mindfulness, and trauma-informed education.
