My Approach
Creative, Experiential, Human.
Through art, play, and nature-based experiences, I create spaces where individuals and groups can:
- Process transition without pressure
- Reconnect with creativity as a source of clarity
- Explore identity beyond roles and expectations
- Gently imagine new directions forward
This is not therapy.
It is guided, experiential reflection designed to support people navigating change, burnout, and life transitions.
